Product Finder – Guiding Users to the Right Product

Designed a product finder to guide users through multiple steps, allowing them to revisit previous questions and filter results by price. Recommendations dynamically update based on responses, highlighting key product features, while a progress slider, breadcrumbs, and restart option ensure a clear and intuitive user journey.
Placement and flow
The Laundry Product Finder was designed to be flexible and easily integrated across the site. In this example, it’s placed within an article page to complement the content and guide users toward relevant products through a clear, step-based flow.
Personalized recommendations
Product recommendations appear later in the flow, once enough input is gathered to provide relevant, tailored results. Each suggested product highlights key criteria based on the user’s selections.

Shows the top recommended product with key details and features.
Results - Expanded View
Shows the same recommended product along with the section below displaying alternative options, giving users a broader view of possibilities.
Mobile Adaption
The mobile version follows the same step-based flow, adapted for smaller screens with simplified navigation and clear progress indicators.
